My login is not working. What should I do?

To access your account on the Over TV portal, use the email address you initially registered. If you do not remember which one it was, no problem! Just send us an email with your business name and address, and we will find that information for you.

If you are sure about the email but cannot access it, you may need to reset your password. It's easy: click on “Forgot Password” just below the login button to receive a link by email and create a new one.

Remember, your new password must be at least 7 characters long, including a number, a letter, and a special character.
